Beat Freaks was built for music entrepreneurs. Its purpose is to empower music makers of diverse backgrounds and lived experiences to create music related products and generate income. Beat Freaks aim to equip users with the tools and means to sell and buy musical creations.
Beat Freaks users must follow the rules of this platform as follows:
Beat Freaks’ users cannot engage in illegal acts using this platform.
Laws and regulatory frameworks are complex, but users choosing to sell or buy products on this platform must commit to comply with all applicable laws of their state, United States, and their respective countries. Beat Freaks’ users must respect that certain business activities are not supported by this platform including but not limited to uploading Protected Health Information, copyright infringement, etc.
Beat Freaks’ users cannot breach the social contract of commerce. This platform cannot be used to call for violence or threaten other users and nonusers. It cannot be used to bully or target specific people or groups. It cannot be used to promote self-harm or harm of others.
Beat Freaks’ users must acknowledge and accept the Terms of Service.
The Terms of Service provides the details of how Beat Freaks operate. It also binds users to an agreement to and compliance with the platform rules.
Beat Freaks’ Payment Terms also apply.
Beat Freaks offers a range of products and services. Beat Freaks Payments Terms involve an interconnection between processors, card networks, and banks that must be adhered too.
Beat Freaks have merchant guidelines and product eligibility criteria. If users sell products, they must comply with these requirements.
Beat Freaks is aware that most often product eligibility disputes originate from outside sources and entities.
Beat Freaks review products for eligibility. Music entrepreneurs may encounter disputes that originate from outside Beat Freaks, including from regulators and third-party rights claimants/holders. In these circumstances,
Beat Freaks will give users notice and tools to self-manage their risks and disputes when appropriate.
Beat Freaks users are expected to act in good faith. Failure to do so, will result in account-level action when appropriate.
Beat Freaks will not tolerate this platform being used to defraud Beat Freaks, other merchants, buyers, or nonusers. The platform cannot be used to send spam or for other malicious practices. Account-level action will be taken to adequately address unacceptable activity. Beat Freaks will give notices, grant opportunities to resolve disputes or conflicts, default to enforcement at the product level, take account-level action, and engage law enforcement at the local, state, or federal level when necessary.
Beat Freaks reserve the right to review and update these rules at its discretion to remain responsive to the needs of Beat Freaks, other merchants, sellers, buyers, users, and nonusers. If you believe a Beat
